The new Bread Maker from Michelangelo, a German Cookware brand with over 90 years heritage, is a great, easy to use and affordable Bread Maker. It features 15 different presets and it makes many kinds of breads with minimum effort and at the touch of a button.
I was surprised at how good this bread maker handled sourdough and enriched doughs and it was a delight to only place the ingredients in the bread barrel and have a sourdough bread ready in less than 7 hours.
The mixer function of the bread maker works great and you can use the bread maker to make raw dough or leaven dough. This function lets you create many different bread recipes that you can finish off in your conventional oven like pizzas, flat breads, buns, rolls, cinnamon rolls, etc. You can also use the bread maker exclusively as an oven to bake any recipe. This function works as well or better than any other small countertop oven that I have tried in the past.
The Bread maker can make more than breads, you can use it to make cakes, yogurt, rice or jelly. It is a great option for any bread experienced or novice baker.

La nueva máquina para hacer pan de Michelangelo, una marca de utensilios de cocina alemana con más de 90 años de tradición, es una máquina para hacer pan excelente, fácil de usar y asequible. Cuenta con 15 preajustes diferentes y hace muchos tipos de panes con un mínimo esfuerzo y con solo tocar un botón.
Me sorprendió lo bien que maneja esta panificadora la masa madre y las masas enriquecidas y fue una nueva experiencia para mi colocar solo los ingredientes en el barril de pan y tener un pan de masa madre listo en menos de 7 horas.
La función de batidora de la máquina panificadora funciona muy bien y puede usar la máquina para hacer masa cruda o masa con levadura. Esta función le permite crear muchas recetas de pan diferentes que puede finalizar en su horno convencional como pizzas, panes planos, bollos, rollos, roles de canela, etc. También puedes utilizar la máquina panificadora exclusivamente como horno para hornear cualquier receta. Esta función funciona tan bien o mejor que cualquier otro horno pequeño que haya probado en el pasado.
La máquina panificadora puede hacer más que panes, puede usarla para hacer pasteles, yogur, arroz o gelatina. Es una gran opción para cualquier panadero experimentado o novato.
