This easy recipe is for a Sourdough Sandwich Bread that is soft and full of flavor

This bread, made with natural Sourdough yeast is a richly flavored, soft-textured and perfect for all of your favorite sandwich fillings, enjoy it any morning for breakfast toast as well.
General Info
Makes 2 (8 ½" x 4 ½") loaves of bread
Time 7 Hours approximately
Ingredients Baker's Percentages
600 g (5 cups) of bread flour 100%
50 g (¼ cup) sugar 8%
12 g (2 ½ tsp) salt 2%
80 g (⅓ cup) unsalted butter, room temperature 13%
350 g (1 ½ cups) warm water or milk 58%
250 g (1 cup) sourdough discard 42%
Additional Equipment
2 (8 ½" x 4 ½") bread pans

Directions
Mix all of the dough ingredients in a stand mixer, until they are very well incorporated
Knead the dough by hand until smooth and elastic.
Place the kneaded dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise until doubled in size for about two hours.
Transfer the dough to your work table, divide it in half and shape each half into 8" logs. Place the logs in two lightly greased 8 ½" x 4 ½" bread pans. Cover the pans with lightly greased plastic wrap and let the loaves rise until they've crowned over the rim of the pan, about 4 hours.
Put the pans in a preheated oven and bake at 375 F for 30 minutes, until the crust is golden. Let the loaves cool completely on a cooling rack before slicing.

Direcciones
Mezcle todos los ingredientes de la masa en una batidora eléctrica hasta que estén muy bien incorporados.
Amase la masa a mano hasta que quede suave y elástica.
Coloque la masa amasada en un recipiente ligeramente engrasado, cubra el recipiente con una envoltura de plástico y deje que la masa se eleve hasta que duplique su tamaño durante aproximadamente dos horas.
